So, you think you are failing to energize yourself properly when your body does not respond adequately? Well, it's true that food and water are prime energy sources for the body, the mind can trigger energy in the body also! Dull, negative thoughts bring passive energy. If this state of negative mindset lasts for some time, the body may respond with depression. When one is depressed, the bodily systems slow, and it takes much effort to bring the body back to a satisfactory state of healthy energy activity. Healthy thoughts create healthy bodies, and of course so does food and water. Truth is, ALL of these are energy, and operate within, around, and beyond the body to maintain it. Want great energy? Eat well, drink plenty of water, get adequate exercise and rest, and think positive, energizing thoughts!
