"Are bad habits keeping you locked inside negative rooms of your mind? See how quickly you can move out of the old patterns once you realize that you've been nursing the adult pacifier that pouts and broods and blames others for your misery. It takes a wise choice on your part to release the pacifier and move out of that adult nursery. Are you wise enough?" ~ Freda http://www.7daysmanifestingthelifeyouwant.com
"Nature is nurture. What brings us to her is the inner self calling out for what it needs most. It should be no surprise that nature restores us, rejuvenates our being, energizes us for the life tasks ahead. This is all part of the plan, the Grand Order of Design. Since we are part of nature, the nature of divinity, it makes total sense that we as divine beings within this divine natural order can manifest, create, and recreate by tuning in to nature." ~ Freda
The Worth of Lesser Things
"Yesterday I stood watching honeybees make over some plants that had bloomed in the back yard. They were simple, single stemmed plants that had bamboo-like stalks. In previous years, I had pulled them out so that we could get through the narrow walk path with the mower. This year, I decided to let them grow across the path just because. In years past, I had looked at the plant as a weed, and treated it so. Today, I see that the bees know the worth of lesser things, not just in the showy lilies and hibiscus. I ran to get my husband, and together we watched hundreds of honeybees busy at the flowers. Life goes on as we allow it to go. Sometimes we are too hasty, and we pull up roots that should be left to thrive the way God meant them to thrive. I glory in the bees which are a sign of health in our small wildlife habitat. Oh that this were the case across the planet. A gentle vibration is felt from the beating of their wings. I am captured up in spirit from the sheer magnificence of it." ~ Freda M. Chaney
"Manifestation is really co-creation among people and the Grand Order of Design. This design is part of you, and it is also part of the universe. All are interacting to create. So your neighbor could be part of your manifestation. You put the energy thought out there that you desire a certain mower to keep your lawn beautiful, but you have no idea where to look for such a machine. Your neighbor is shopping nearby and suddenly thinks to himself that he should be looking ahead to buy a new mower for spring, so he gathers brochures and heads home. When he's getting out of the car, he drops the brochures in the driveway, and you help him retrieve them. When you lift the handful of brochures, you are astonished that your neighbor has brought to you the very brochures that you needed to make a decision about the mower you thought about that morning. Coincidence? No, it's all part of the design: the Grand Order of Design!" ~ Freda M. Chaney, 7 DAYS
What came first: the garden or the voice from within to begin planting? This is a great video sharing the beginnings of the Findhorn community in Northeast Scotland. Some say it began as a "dump" and became a worldwide wonder of manifested delight. How will you begin your garden, and how will it grow in your care? "Expand your thinking." Manifest your best! ~ Freda

How Do You Get There From Here?

"I've had many people ask me how I got to be the person I am today. The answer is that I just kept getting up when someone knocked me down. I never stopped believing in myself. NEVER! I walked away alot! I had to in order to keep my sanity.
My mother died when I was just shy of nine months old, and it left a deep wound in me that was hard to overcome. Some pitched in to help during my childhood. I never forget those who treat me well. But I also never forget those who attempt to use or abuse me either. I mark both well and arrange my life accordingly. I have no time for nonsense!
I am a strong woman, and a strong woman knows how to move forward with head held high even after a failure or humiliation. Each challenge makes me stronger. I hope you'll have enough challenges in your life to make you and keep you strong! Namaste!" ~ Freda
"Do you set an intention, or just float around waiting for someone else's intention to influence you? You will have to march to someone's tune, so it may as well be your own! Once you've set the intention, don't choke it to death with constant controlling to receive a desired outcome. Set it, and forget it! Walk away and know that the universe will be fine without your constant hand-wringing!" ~ Freda
THE ONLY RIGHT TIME IS NOW!
The only RIGHT TIME is NOW! The great achievers all know that you must focus and work in the present. There is no room for procrastination for someone who desires to succeed. Now! NOW! NOW!
"I will accept my own inner divinity, and act out of that knowledge."
"I will be my own best friend and do what is right for me!"
"I won't just sit here; I will ACT! Actions tell the Universe that I am serious!"
"I will stop telling a sad story to myself and others because it is a self-fulfilling prophecy!"
"I will find others with whom I can enjoy life. I will walk away from those who bring me misery."
"I will never leave a story unwritten. I can change the ending if I must...as often as I must!"
"I will not abandon my ideals to gain the attention of those who don't know the meaning of them."

A Little Hocus Pocus!
Freda flying in a bi-wing Stearman
"When we were children, we believed in magic. That magic made us brave! It would have us believe in what was possible long before our parents worried about the consequences! Our capes were spread out over the landscapes of childhood, each of us with our own particular dreams. We wasted no time acting out the parts, dragging through the garage and house to find the props for the best play ever produced in the kingdom of childhood wonder! We used Dad's tools, Mom's kitchen implements, our imaginations, and even a bit of hocus pocus which we purely believed from the plethora of fairy tales that saturated our primary school readers. Life was rich, full of manifestation, rife with possibilities! We're the same people inside, but we have been conditioned as adults to distrust the magic, the manifestation, the hocus pocus! Our adult minds need reconditioning back to the ways of youthful faith, hope, and 'ways of Pooh'! Wave of the wand anyone?" ~ Freda M. Chaney
